Refund & Cancellation Policy

ROASFY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Refund Policy:
  Our Commitment: At Roasfy, we strive to deliver exceptional digital marketing services that help our clients achieve their goals. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
• Full Refunds:
  Cancellation within 1 Day (within 24 hours): You will receive a full refund if you cancel your service within 1 day of purchasing any services (excluding setup fees (any work done) or if GST is filled).
• Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services, you will be eligible for a full refund. This may include situations where services were not initiated, partially completed, or not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Partial Refunds:
  Service Termination: If you choose to terminate your agreement with us before the completion of contracted services, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed up to the termination date. Any fees already paid for services not rendered may be eligible for a refund.
  After 48 hours of making the payment – A partial refund of 50% of the project amount
• Non-Refundable Services:
  Work Already Completed: Refunds will not be granted for work that has already been completed to your satisfaction, even if you decide to terminate the service agreement.
  Change in Scope: Changes to the project scope after the initial agreement may affect the refund amount.
  After 72 hours of making the payment – No refund
• General Conditions:
  All refund requests must be made in writing to care(At)roasfy(Dot)com
  Refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days of approval.
  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  We encourage you to review our service agreement carefully and discuss any questions before purchasing.
• All Disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
• Policy Updates:
  Roasfy India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund policy without prior notice. The updated policy will be updated immediately on this page.
